Needless to say, I was so impressed with your concern over my haircut fiasco! It still amazes me that you were willing to call me and try to help me find a great stylist. I apologize for my rudeness during our conversation when I interrupted you several times, I guess I was just excited to speak with you. Nothing like you calling has ever happened to me! You are a very attractive woman and from what I can see, a very talented, artistic hair designer and a compassionate, caring person. Your clients are fortunate to have you in their lives. Dear Lisa,
Just wanted to let you know what a terrific job Jody did on my hair today. She really took the time to understand what I needed, select the right colors, and make great suggestions with color and cut. I am thrilled with my new look! I feel like a new person.
I had really let my hair go between a busy schedule and the rising price of service and lack of appointment availability at my previous salon of 8 years. The price special brought me in – especially with the additional expenses holiday time can add to a budget. I truly appreciate the savings! And, I look forward to returning to Jody and your salon again. I will pass the word. It was a pleasure!

Hi,
I was in for an appointment with Jody this past Saturday. It was my first haircut in your salon. I honestly can't begin to tell you how many compliments I've gotten on my hair! People have actually heard about it in other departments and have come over to check it out. I got brave and made a pretty drastic change with this cut.
