As the Head Coach (Salon Coordinator) Russell's chief responsibilities include: Directing all salon operations, hiring and training of all staff positions, creating a high energy and motivating environment for the salon and staff, ensuring impeccable customer service, assists guests in all capacities, addresses guest issues, oversees departmental procedures on a daily basis and manages the department budget. Additionally Russell will plan and direct all salon operations and activities necessary to meet or exceed established budgeted sales, expenses, profits, and productivity goals. |
